 Q: Can I have a tracking number?

A: Why not!Tracking details will be supplied once the orders have been shipped, tracking details are available for all products. Please allow at least 72 hours after we supply the tracking details for them to register on the system.

Please note, tracking information can take some time to update itself in the carrier's system during the shipping process.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. At each step along the way, you can use it to see where your parcel is located by going to our Track Order page.

Q: When will my order ship?

A: Once you place your order and the payment is verified, please allow up to 1-3 business days to process and ship your order. In peak periods, please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch. For more information, please check our shipping policy.

Q:My order status says "Unfulfilled". What does that mean?

A:"Unfulfilled" just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number and your order status will change to "Fulfilled."

 

Q: Do you provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed!

 

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply select the offer above and click the 'Buy Now' button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible! Check out is secured by Mastercard - Visa - AMEX.

 

 

Q: Can I return the item if it doesn't work?

A: Sure. If your product is damaged or doesn’t work as described, just reach out to us.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@cryinggrowing.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Warehouse might be different.  Once we recieved the products, we will refund you within 3 business days. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Q:Can I cancel my order or add items to it ?

A: If you need to change or cancel your order, please Contact Us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations. 

Given that we do not store any payment information, we are not able to add item(s) to an order. If this is the case, please submit another order for the additional items.

 

Q: I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

A: We have a large assortment of products stocked overseas. Even when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next.
