Q: Can I have a tracking number?

A: Yes! Tracking details will be supplied once the orders have been shipped, tracking details are available for all products. Please allow at least 72 hours after we supply the tracking details for them to register on the system.

Please note, tracking information can take some time to update itself in the carrier's system during the shipping process.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. At each step along the way, you can use it to see where your parcel is located by going to our Track Order page.
